Don't worry, there's a slight chance because we have one mutual friend in facebook. LOL. Kidding aside, I want you to take care, as much as I want to be papansin & all, I want you to be safe, well & of course away from harm. Take Care! Happy New Year! From your anonymous friend.

Happy New Year!

Hey guys! I’m back! Some of you may not have noticed my absence here on Tumblr, but apparently I was out of the cybernetz for nearly 2 weeks simply because I was sick.

It all started on December 14 while I was working in the office. It was a normal day although I was really exhausted from the Christmas Party that I had attended the previous night. But anyway, I started feeling dizzy while working on a poster. A few minutes after, I started feeling cold. And oddly enough, I started borrowing jackets in the office. Then came high fever, severe headache and I don’t know.

One of my officemates led me to this small room where no air conditioning happens unless meetings are held. I slept on the chairs that were set around the table. Rested until 6pm. I felt much better although I was a bit woozy.

My officemate and I went to the gym since I believed that I had the energy again. Pumped irons, used the treadmill and started feeling woozy again. This was a signal for me to start taking a shower and leave the gym. That was around 7:30 PM. I was rushing to catch the last shuttle trip at around 8:30 PM. Left the gym at 8:00 PM.

I walked as fast as I could, but I was really hungry. Also, I had a few pesos left in my wallet, so I couldn’t afford to buy a full meal. Went to the nearest ATM and it was out of service. Then, fever started creeping in. So, I resorted to buying a huge glass of “taho” and drank it with my medicine. This was already a few minutes before 8:30 PM. Rode the FX to bring me to the shuttle place. Hopped off the FX and ran my way to the shuttle, but I wasn’t able to catch the last trip.

I was catching my breath, hungry, terribly dizzy, had high fever and was on the verge of collapsing. I had no energy left to go back to the mall to ride the MRT and take the shuttle at Ayala. I was so drained: I had the potential to collapse at any moment and I only had 70 pesos left. Tried to catch a taxi for almost an hour (note: I was so drained) but never had the chance to get one. Took a seat at the guard’s house and called dad for help. I told him I couldn’t get off my seat anymore, fearing that I might collapse any time. My parents started panicking over the phone. My dad had a short conversation with the guard to help me grab a taxi. Thankfully, the guard was OK with it. He was able to get one immediately.

Rode the cab and called my dad to let him know that the guard has grabbed one. Dad insisted to talk to the driver and told instructions on where to meet. The driver was on hazard mode probably because he was also panicking. We waited at C5 because my parents ought to see me there. Unfortunately, they got stuck along C5 too. So, dad decided we head straight to my place so that I could get some rest. My younger sister paid for my taxi bill. Grabbed something to eat. Ate on the couch at the living room, but I fell asleep. My older brother woke me up, but I had a hard time standing up. He carried me all the way up to the room and slept.

Next morning, I was diagnosed with severe sore throat with pus. It was so severe I had streaks of blood whenever I spew phlegm. I also had high fever, bad flu, terrible chills (day and night), headache and dizziness for almost 2 weeks. I barely ate since I had the most painful sore throat in the entire universe; it was so difficult to swallow food. That said, I was given liters of dextrose to regain my strength. My mom was there to nurse me 24/7; I had to wake her up every now and then. She’s just amazing.

Even though I have lost a lot of weight (again), I am so grateful that I have regained most of my strength somewhat. Will be having series of tests again next week and I hope 2012 will bring good news. As I type these words, I am starting to feel woozy again. Also, I have the littlest strength to proofread the entire thing. I still need your prayers, guys. I haven’t recovered yet.

Happy New Year everyone! Enjoy the remaining minutes of 2011 :) God bless :)

I hate to break it to you, babe. It looks like a stack of buns. Hahaha. Sorry. - Anonymous

Hahaha! Do you really think it’s similar to a stack of buns? Oh my goodness! Is it THAT awful? Hahahahaha! But, I’ve used 30 minutes of my time doing that :(

My friend brought egg rolls and a small tube of plastic balloon from Macau. And look, guys! I made a snowman out of the plastic balloon! Isn’t it gorgeous?
I don’t see how and why people think of it as a caterpillar or a stack of buns (or a human centipede snowman). It’s so hurtful and upsetting.

3 Terrifying Stories on December 3, 2011

3 terrifying incidents happened today from 3 different people — including me.

1. My story

  • I was on my way to Ortigas for work around 9:30 in the morning. Normally, I ride the jeepney and take the bus going to Megamall since shuttle units are not available during weekends. Going back, I prompted the bus driver to stop and sat down in a fairly full, air-conditioned bus. It wasn’t that bad, anyway. I sat by the window a seat away from the bus entrance. Hence, I was technically in front, and I find it safer than being at the back portion of the bus. But, I had to squeeze myself in because a lady was — I think — about to exit. And yes, she exited as the bus reached a point between Magallanes and Ayala. Moments after the passengers hopped off the bus, a strange looking guy — by this I mean: a man with a small tattoo printed on his right hand, quite frail-like face with a slight mustache, wearing a black ragged shirt, has gray to dark hair and a tattered backpack — strangely sat beside me as he was already sitting at the opposite side. It then came into me that this insolent man was definitely suspicious. Thoughts were flurrying inside my mind as to whether or not get off the bus and transfer to another.

You can’t? But why?? I mean, aren’t we talking right now? My stubbly lips won’t do the talking for you. They’re just here to entice you. Also, I’m willing to teach you the basics of Fencing unless you reveal yourself. Lol guys, I do not teach Fencing for a living. Okay

My anonymous is so ridiculously adorable; I wanna pinch your butt cheek. *pinches*
